Please allow 1-14 BUSINESS days to receive your item before complaining.

Tracking number may not work for up to 3 business days because the carrier has to scan the order.

It may take slightly longer for countries outside the US (including US states outside the mainland). For some European countries may take up to 14 days to receive your item. Please contact us if it has been more than 20 business days and you have not received your item.

Once your order is placed, we process the payment within 24 hours and your order is fulfilled & shipped next day AFTER the payment has been processed!

An order confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of placing, and a further email will be provided when you order has been dispatched (remember to check your spam!)

Please allow 1 BUSINESS DAY PROCESSING TIME. Please note for some very high demand items it should take 1-35 days to deliver due to reproduction and restocking depending on your shipping location. Items may be shipped in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. Due to our factory times there are no cancellations after order. 

We will send tracking numbers for your packages to your emails address when we receive them from our carriers.

In most cases, tracking will be available. Sometimes shipping takes longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or holiday periods.  We thank you for your patience in these situations.
